No Pointcloud Visible in VeloView from Running Velodyne Sensor

We are connecting the Lidar with power supply and with computer to see point cloud. In this, maybe Lidar is starting but there is no point cloud data view on Preview. Can you please help us in this

The following two tools are helpful for resolving this issue:

Wireshark: Wireshark · Download

Veloview: VeloView: The Velodyne Lidar Viewer based on Paraview Lidar (this version of Paraview has the Velodyne sensor configurations preloaded)

Assuming the sensor is powered and operating with a working ethernet connection, please start with Wireshark to confirm the sensor is at the expected IP address and the ethernet settings for your computer match the sensor’s subnet. Also confirm the port value for the sensor data packets (default 2368)

Use Veloview to connect to sensor, selecting the configuration matching the sensor part number. Also, click the “Advanced configuration” on the Sensor Configuration screen which will allow you to confirm the Network Configuration settings.

The other complication can come from the Firewall. Please confirm Veloview has access to network traffic on your computer.
