We have two Ouster OS1 LiDAR which have firmware v1.13.0. I found all software from Ouster now only supports firmware v2.x or higher, and it needs help from customer service to upgrade from v1.x. I attached “system information” from the web ui for both devices. Please let me know how I could upgrade the firmware (to v2.4.0 which is the only upgraded firmware for OS1 gen1 I could download from your website). Thanks.
